All our T-shirts and upper body textiles are pressed before being packed into boxes. Occasionally, the pressing mechanism can be a little inappropriate, causing creases and marks in the garment that may look like a production error. Fear not, there are solutions for this. Get out your ironing board & iron. Take a damp piece of fabric and place it on top of the fabric with marks and creases. Try to keep the fabric smooth against the ironing board as much as possible. Iron a few times over the damp fabric with the iron. Afterwards, any creases and marks should be ironed out of the fabric. If this is not the case, you are welcome to contact us and write an email to: wool@loow.com, and we will be happy to advise and help if there are any problems.
When ironing merino wool, we recommend choosing a medium temperature setting on your iron. The setting with 2 dots is appropriate.
