In general, you can go for your normal size. You don't need to take into account the length of the body and sleeves, as we've added a little extra to fit the Danish man.

However, it should be mentioned that if you are borderline between the sizes according to the size guide, e.g. 79-80kg, you should choose 135 in large and 220 in medium. The 220 is a little more airy and has a few more centimeters to give, whereas the 135 is closer to the body.
The 135, 160U & 170P fabrics have a more athletic cut and all follow the same size.
The 200, 210, 220 and ZN-240 fabrics all have a bit more width (approx. 2 cm) than the lightweight fabrics mentioned above, giving them a more casual and relaxed look. The ZN-240 is slightly larger in all measurements, as it will often be a mid or outer layer.
THE QUICK WAY, FOR MEN:
This is our rule of thumb for sizing. There is a roughly proportional relationship between weight and chest measurement, which is the most important factor in choosing the right size.
